Random Intertwined Learning.

Is it funny ever to realize that one is studying different things, that in the end, all end up being the same thing. Recently I found myself doing this.
With an interest in different economic ideas lately, I recently finished reading the book the Communist Manifesto. I really enjoyed it. While the views are not what one would call "traditional American" ideas, I thought that Marx and Engels presented their thoughts in a clear and convincing manner.  I would recommend to anyone that they read this work.
Also, probably because a hippie roomate told me it was worth my time, I was reading The Motorcycle Diaries lately. The book is the story of Ernesto "Che" Guevara and essentially what led him to become what he did. Due to injustice and other factors, he adopted many Marxist  theories and  lead a revolution leading to socialism, and then ultimately communism.

I just thought the whole thing was interesting. What started out as just reading 2 different books led me to think alot about what I think is right and what can be done. I may or may not have ordered the book Che in spanish on amazon about 5 minutes ago..... more to come...
